Weather-Related Cancellations. Weather related cancellations are subject to the discretion of the Owner and/or Captain. In the event of qualifying natural disasters or severe weather conditions, Boatsetter may override the Owner’s cancellation policy to ensure the safety of all persons. Valid severe weather conditions include government-declared weather emergencies, warnings or advisories which affect the location and duration of the booking. Natural disasters or other severe weather conditions do not qualify as a valid extenuating circumstance unless they are in effect within eight hours of the time of the scheduled booking. Common and foreseeable weather conditions, such as rain or wind, do not qualify as a valid extenuating circumstance.
